Annabelle the cat is bonding with the people and animals in her new home. She is truly an unbothered girl at her core. She is so sweet and cuddly, and gives "jump snugs" to everyone.

Multnomah County Ordinance provides that Animal Services shall hold a public hearing on any properly filed appeal to Notices of Infraction (NOI), or Potentially Dangerous Dog Classification.
Fostering can be a family and community affair, as in the case of Laverne the kitten. A young neighbor visited regularly to socialize Laverne, and made a picture as a gift for her adopter, Carolyn.
