Round of Apaws: Community Donations Support Newborn Kittens

Multnomah County Animal Services would like to extend a sincere thank you to community members and groups who responded to our recent call for neonatal kitten supplies.

"Kitten Season" brings over 1,000 newborn cats to our shelter every year, many of whom require specialized, 24-hour care. Thanks to your thoughtful donations of high-quality feeding and warming supplies, our staff and dedicated foster volunteers are now better equipped than ever to help some of our smallest shelter animals in the most critical periods of bottle feeding, and transitioning to solid food.

From individual donations on our Amazon Wishlist, to a thoughtful major gift from Friends of Multnomah County Shelter Animals for kitten supplies, every donation makes a difference.

Thank you for being a vital part of our mission and for looking out for the kittens!
