Multnomah County Ordinance provides that an Animal Services Hearings Officer shall hold a public hearing on any properly filed appeal to Notices of Infraction (NOI), or PDD Classification.
MCAS welcomes Oregon Humane Society, Mt. Scott Animal Clinic, NVA St Francis 24 Hour Animal Hospital, and Gresham Animal Hospital as veterinary providers for spay/neuter or rabies vaccination.
