This is Moe, he is an older gentleman and may have had a stroke and is confused. He is an outdoor kitty but always comes home. He has had a stroke before and was lost temporarily in the neighborhood, but he found his way back. We’re hoping that if he did have another stroke, he is safe and just needs help getting back home.
