Please share this on as many forums as possible in the Portland Oregon area. I don't have much in the way of social media. Lucy is all I have in this world. My family has all passed and Lucy is what I have left. She has been my best friend for 11 yrs since the day she was born and we are rarely separated. She is my best friend and I'm sick inside. I don't know if she jumped out of the car when I went to Taco Bell across the street or if she was taken. I left the doors to my car unlocked. Please help me find her.
