Jean Genie, who we just welcomed tonight, slipped out of her foster guardian's front door and is out for a late night stroll in NW PDX!
She as last seen on NW Thurman and 31st Ave. If you are able to help look for her and in that area, please keep an eye out! She is wearing a collar with an OTAT PDX tag.
