Posting for a frantic friend. Penny was stolen from the Hood River event center between 4:30 and 4:35. Her collar was found in the parking lot. She is a mini Golden Doodle about 25 pounds, groomed coat. She is chipped but the company that chipped her is out of business so could be a dead end. $2000 reward offered for her safe return.
