This lost dog has been in the Rose City Park area this afternoon but is really skittish around people. We’ve been unsuccessful in trying to help it. Every time we get close it runs away. Someone posted on Nextdoor around 10:30am that they saw the same dog running up Sandy toward Clyde’s, so it’s pretty far from home. Just posting in case the owners or someone that knows the dog might see!
