One of our unhoused neighbors said he found this dog tied up to a pole near the Cleveland MAX stop. He’s trying to find the owner and since he didn’t have a phone, I am posting for him. The dog is currently in his care, he is calling the dog “Ruckus,” but that is just a name he came up with. The dog seems very friendly!
