Friendly guy, have seen him off and on around the neighborhood for several months and assumed he was just a roaming cat that had a home. But he is looking rougher (thinner, oozing ears, matted fur). He let me brush/was him a bit, and someone shaved a big mat off his side. Hoping he has a home and just wandered too far?
