About meAt this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process.
Hi my name is Olivia and I've taken over! At least I'm taking over the cat bed in the bedroom, and the rocking chair, and the bed! Let me see, is there anything else??
I'm looking at the living but for now this will do When I first started out here I was pretty shy but now I'm doing very well being able to go in any part of my foster home. I still get a little nervous with quick moves and noises that I don't recognize.
The other cats in my foster home have helped me. Now that I'm part of the gang I
get to cozy up to them when I'm napping and play the rest of the time. There is
always someone that will let me cozy up. And I have a friend who will play with me with gusto. It is real important for my furever home to have another cat or two that I can play with when we are wild and crazy and then let me snuggle when we nap.
At the moment, I'm working on being picked up and cuddled by a human. My foster
mom will hold me for a little bit and then put me down. I'm beginning to make
biscuits and purr while I'm being held. At times I also tuck my head in her arm.
I'm also getting real good at letting my foster mom pet me wherever in the house
she happens to find me. It doesn't hurt that sometimes I even get a treat for that My people will need to have some patience with me, as I'll need to get used to a new home. I might be a little nervous at first but with love and patience and a cat buddy I'll do just fine! I'm looking for a forever home that is not real active and if there are children in my home I ask that they are old enough to treat me with respect.
