A Multnomah County Circuit Court judge has ruled that many of the dogs and cats seized from an unlicensed facility named Woofin Palooza are now eligible for adoption.

Multnomah County Animal Services is issuing an urgent plea to the community to adopt dogs as the Troutdale facility has exceeded its maximum kennel capacity.
