Congratulations to Officer Pelland, celebrating five years of service to the pets and people of Multnomah County as an Animal Services Officer.

Jim and his partner adopted Beegee a year ago. They'd been searching shelter websites for small dogs, and when Beegee appeared, they immediately visited and adopted the best small dog ever.
