Kitties for Hire are less-social cats eligible for placement in safe outdoor environments with accessible shelter, where they contribute to rodent control or prevention. Caregivers provide daily food, water, and care as needed. The cats must be kept in an escape-proof enclosure (garage, shed, basement, tack room, etc) for 3-weeks to allow them to acclimate to their new home.

Kitties For Hire cats are fixed, vaccinated, flea/worm treated, and microchipped. There is no fee to adopt a Kitties For Hire cat!

• Prince (383200): Prince is a 2-year-old black Shorthair who appreciates people from a slight distance. Prince is very food motivated and has great play-drive! He was originally abandoned at the shelter, so his history is unknown. Prince may become more social as he settles into his new digs and gets to know his people. Treats are definitely the way to his heart! 
• Dragon Fruit (393214): Dragon Fruit is a stunning one-year-old beauty who is looking for a patient heart to call her own. While she arrived at the shelter with a small abrasion on her head, this resilient girl is healing quickly and is already spayed. Dragon Fruit is a bit of a sensitive soul and has found the hustle and bustle of shelter life a little overwhelming, often choosing to observe quietly from her favorite cozy corner.
• Fran Fran (390649): Fran is a 1 year old female cat who recently finished weaning kittens in a volunteer foster home, but finds the home and people environment to be overly-stressful. Seeking an environment where Fran can find the right care in the right space!
