Kitties for Hire Seek Special Adoption Placement
Multnomah County Animal Services is currently housing 3 stellar cats eligible for their Kitties For Hire program -- but no current applicants! Can you help them find the right home or business?

We are looking for caregivers that are able to provide secure shelter, food and water in exchange for full-time mousers. The cats must be kept in an escape-proof enclosure (garage, shed, basement, tack room, etc...) for 3-weeks to allow them to acclimate to their new home.
Kitties For Hire cats are fixed, vaccinated, flea/worm treated, and microchipped. There is no fee to adopt a Kitties For Hire cat!
- Prince (383200): Prince is a 2-year-old black Shorthair who appreciates people from a slight distance. Prince is very food motivated and has great play-drive! He was originally abandoned at the shelter, so his history is unknown. Prince may become more social as he settles into his new digs and gets to know his people. Treats are definitely the way to his heart!
- Edna and Eileen (378469 & 378470): Edna and Eileen are a pair of 8-month-old bonded sisters who also prefer to admire people from a distance. These 2 lovely girls came to us as older, unsocialized kittens and despite socialization attempts, they continue to view people with suspicion. Edna and Eileen also are very treat motivated and love to chase things! Edna and Eileen will need to be placed together.
