My neighbor found this dog and seems confused any time we asked her questions. The dog is shivering and seems likely abandoned as she has bumps all over her and possibly hurt paws, but wagged her gain and came up to us on the other side of the fence. All white and short haired, we’re not able to take her inside as we have cats and so our neighbor is currently hanging out with her on her patio. I’m not sure exactly where she was found, but we are close to 21st and Miller
