Blazer's niche has always been to foster animals most in need, who may not have made it without her help. Through the years, she has helped to expand the capacity of MCAS for young kittens.

Kim P. has been a foster volunteer with Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) for over twenty years, and has been part of transformational changes to give new life to animals in need.

Congratulations to Ronda L., the February 2021 Volunteer of the Month. As a foster volunteer since 1998, Ronda has saved countless kittens and cats over the years.

Enid T. led the Pet Loss Support Group at DoveLewis Animal Hospital for 33 years. As a long-term volunteer at MCAS, Enid gives the gift of life to countless kittens as a foster volunteer.
