Please do not try to grab or approach him—he scares easily and might fly off again.

If you see him, the best approach is to calmy say his name (Bam Bam) so he knows he's recognized. talk sweetly to him from a distance, and He might come closer on his own. (He loves peanuts, if you have any he will definitely feel more comfortable to come up to you)
If he’s on the ground or near you, he may step up onto your arm, but please avoid using your hands or fingers—they frighten him 😞
