Hi I'm Dakota! I am a curious gal who loves the good life of a soft bed and treat-time. I'm a gorgeous diamond in the rough who is just waiting for the right person to help me shine. I have really come a long way, and am blossoming but still need some time with a patient adopter who will give me time and space to fully bloom. I am still playing hide and seek in my foster space, but love stretching out and watching with great interest what humans like to do. I am curious about the world around me and you can often find me amused by toys and the antics of other felines, but like my alone time. I just discovered how wonderful it is to hop up on the bed at night and sleep near my human. My favorite time of the day is eating Churu out of the palm of your hand while your fingers lightly rub my chin. I also like to sniff your fingers and sit close by, but not too close, just yet!
