This is not my dog so I have limited info. A family member on the streets had this dog. Not sure he would be considered the owner. He was called Loki when I met him. We tried convincing the family member to give him up but he refused. Now he no longer knows where he is. Could’ve been in the Gresham/122nd area of Portland. I would love to find him to make sure he gets a proper home. I have two pics that may help.
