At this time, community members aren't able to visit the shelter to browse adoption kennels, and adoptions are limited to the virtual process. Waylon and Millie Moon are bonded and will be adopted together. I am a really sweet boy looking for a quieter home that I can call my own. I'm not the boldest cat on the block, but The shelter doesn't have a lot of history on me, but they know enough to consider me pretty adorable and that I respond well to soft voices and love love love to be pet and brushed while I sit on your lap. My vet friends here at the shelter discovered a tumor and removed it for me, it will just need to be monitored over time just in case it starts to grow back. My tail moves all the time but if you pet me perfectly it'll freeze in place. I like to climb the stairs and sit in the window to watch people working outside. I have no interest in going outside, that's for younger cats. I expect a scrap of beef when you grill burgers. The shelter staff can give you more information about that if you are interested in adopting me. I have been in foster care for over a year and during that time have made a very close friend as you can see in the pictures. It would be wonderful if you can adopt us both. We won't get lonely while your at work or outside the house. After a while we might begin to snuggle on your bed with you.. but if that is not to your liking we are perfectly content on the sofa.
