The holiday spirit has officially arrived, and our furry friends couldn't be happier! We’ve had some very special guests and incredible community support that we just have to share.

Since 2014, the professional-quality photos of adoptable cats at Multnomah County Animal Services are all the hard work of volunteer Alison F.
Jim and his partner adopted Beegee a year ago. They'd been searching shelter websites for small dogs, and when Beegee appeared, they immediately visited and adopted the best small dog ever.
In order to volunteer, Paula Y. overcame sad memories of her childhood cat that she didn’t get back from the pound.
A volunteer since 2017, Holly J. is dedicated to helping shelter dogs find the right matches in her role as an Adoption Information Desk Volunteer.
Congratulations to Marsha S., nominated and chosen as a December 2019 Multnomah County Animal Services (MCAS) Volunteer of the Month.
