I noticed a deceased dog this morning on my way to work, on the shoulder near the center median of I-205 North after entering the freeway at Foster, roughly between there and possibly right before or after the Powell on ramp. Definitely prior to the Stark St exit. It was small and brownish red in color and was laying on its side.
