有时候宠物会惹怒别人，而宠物主人却没有意识到这个问题。通常，解决问题的最佳方法是与您的邻居交流。他们可能会感同身受并愿意帮忙解决这个问题。

1.了解解决以下问题的法律和方法：

• 犬吠以及其他与噪音有关的动物滋扰，
• 宠物擅闯私人领地或在公共场所游荡
• 宠物排泄废物
• 珍稀宠物
• 野生动物滋扰
• 危险的和存在潜在危险的狗
