Tracy J. has always had animals, whether they were cats, dogs, chickens, or goats. So it came naturally for Tracy to want to help the animals of our community as a foster volunteer.
The joy of adopting an animal from shelter services is how incredibly loving the animals are and that stands true with my new kitty Whiskers. Whiskers has not stopped purring since he came home.
