If the animal is wearing one of our License tags, you can search for the owners name and phone number under our "Animal Searches" page and then click on "Lost Pet License Look-up". If the finder is unable to obtain that information or get a hold of the owner, then go forward and complete this lost report, but please list the license tag number.
