Multnomah County Animal Services is pleased to announce that we now have several neighborhood cat adoption partners in Portland. All of our partners are locally-owned, small businesses. Adoptable cats from the MCAS shelter are cared for at each neighborhood business until they are adopted. This program enables people to meet and adopt homeless MCAS shelter cats at several locations throughout Portland in addition to our main location in Troutdale.

Please note that adoption fees at the following locations may differ from those at the MCAS shelter in Troutdale. Please contact individual locations for more information about their adoption fees.
